Helianthus annuus 'Jua Maya' F1

The time has come! After several years of breeding work, our partner Henk van der Velde has succeeded in enriching the sunflower assortment with an improved offspring! In trials, this variety was known under the code "VV10-1". It is a new improved cut-hybrid, which forms flowers very quickly in the Dutch summer (currently even the fastest-flowering of all varieties!). The colour is bright yellow with a dark black heart, strong foliage, non-branching, pollen-free (clean in the vase), and when sown from May 10 to August 1, it flowers within 60 days. For the hobbyist, this is of course simply a beautiful sunflower, which, in addition to being a cut flower, also looks very decorative in the garden or in a large pot. The height is 150-175 cm.
