On the sturdy stems, 50-150 cm tall, beautiful, thick buds first appear, from which fine-rayed, light violet flowers (5-10 cm in diameter!) emerge. An easy-to-sow flower, which is attractive to bees and butterflies and deserves a place in a not-too-formal garden (in the sun)!
