Mini cabbages with long stems (60-90 cm) that beautifully decorate an autumn or winter bouquet. They are very strong as cut flowers, but these long-stemmed cabbages also look very attractive in the garden. Colour: a beautiful tricolour rosette, pink in the centre, transitioning to creamy white and then to cabbage green along the edge. With a planting distance of 15x15 cm, you get beautiful, small cabbages; a wider spacing yields larger "blooms."
Ornamental Cabbage or Garnishing Cabbage is best from late summer to autumn (extending into winter), so do not sow too early. These beautifully coloured cabbages originated in Japan and are a colourful addition to our gardens or pots! Briefly boiled or stir-fried, they are a colourful addition to dishes. Their mild flavour has long been appreciated in Asian cuisine! Cabbages with a small diameter, growing on long stems. Very popular as cut foliage. Plant them 15x15cm for small cabbages and wider for a larger head. This amounts to 49-81 plants per m². Stem length 60-80cm. Harvestable after 4-5 months.
