Kamome forms beautiful round rosettes with delicate curling along the edges, similar to kale. This type is very frost-resistant but also colors easily in warm conditions. Color: light pink in the center with a dark green border.
Ornamental or Garnish Cabbage is at its best from late summer to autumn (extending into winter), so don't sow too early. These beautifully colored cabbages originated in Japan and make a colorful addition to our gardens or pots! Briefly cooked or stir-fried, they are a colorful addition to dishes. Their mild flavor has long been appreciated in Asian cuisine! Small-diameter cabbages that grow on long stems. Very popular as cut greens. Plant them 15x15cm for small cabbages and wider for a larger head. This amounts to 49-81 plants per m². Stem length 60-80cm. Harvestable after 4-5 months.
