Ornamental cabbage or Garnish Cabbage is best in late summer to autumn (extending into winter), so don't sow too early. These beautifully coloured cabbages originated in Japan and are a colourful addition to our garden or in pots! Lightly cooked or stir-fried, they are a colourful addition to dishes. The mild taste has long been appreciated in Asian cuisine! Cabbages with a small diameter, growing on long stems. Very popular as cut foliage. Plant them 15x15cm for small cabbages and further apart for a larger head. This amounts to 49-81 plants per m². Stem length 60-80cm. Harvestable after 4-5 months.
