Fine, crisp, snow-white flowers with a bright yellow (later turning black) centre. The silvery-grey leaves indicate its high resistance to drought. This is to be expected from a plant that originates from Australia! The height of the tough "winged" stems is 40-90 cm, depending on the fertility of the soil and the presence of fertiliser and moisture. The flowers, which bloom from June deep into autumn, are loved by bees and butterflies, are very long-lasting in a vase, and also dry very well.
