The true Four-Leaf Clover grows from a tuber that is even perennial in mild winters (or with some extra protection). The green leaves form a circular purple-brown in the center. Pink-red flowers appear in summer and autumn. Both the leaves and the flowers have a fine, sour taste: delicious in dishes, salads and on a sandwich!
