An oil-bearing crop, cultivated since 2000 BC. This cabbage relative is very rich in oil, grows 30-120 cm tall, and blooms yellow. Its flowers are very popular with bees! Experiments are currently underway to intercrop this plant with peas. Advantage: weed-suppressing and supportive. The oil is used for lamps, your skin, or as a natural paint extender. The stems are used to make brushes and baskets, as roofing material, or as raw material for the paper industry. The pulp is protein-rich animal feed.
1 kg is sufficient for 1500-3000 m²
