This little brother of common thyme is just as tasty and aromatic, but has a very compact, creeping growth. Beautiful as a ground cover, give it a sunny, well-drained spot. This plant overwinters more easily than common thyme, though you'll be able to harvest it less frequently. Bees and bumblebees love the violet-pink thyme flowers! Height 5-10 cm.
