An elegant and tasty perennial plant, with its grey-green feathery leaves and pert flower heads, it certainly doesn't look out of place, especially in an ornamental garden! The plant grows to a total height of 40cm. The flower buds and young leaves are picked for addition to salads, fruit punch, herb butter, etc. The taste: fresh cucumber-like, but a little spicier. Of minor medicinal significance.
