A popular seasoning for sauces, stews, and soups, but also (in moderation) raw in salads. The taste of celery, complemented by unique aromas, characterizes this wonderful herb, which retains its flavor even after cooking. Named after Unilever's Maggi bottle, which surprisingly doesn't even use this herb as an ingredient! The plants love growing in open ground or large pots, fertile soil, and plenty of sun and water. In these conditions, the perennial plant can grow up to 2 m tall. Besides the leaves, feel free to use the stems, roots, and seeds: everything from this plant adds flavor!
