A special herb that also looks very ornamental in the garden. Both the young shoots and the root are a sweet seasoning in dishes. In China, this plant is popular on its own (never in a herb mix) and is used, among other things, as: antibacterial, antispasmodic, blood purifying, nerve-calming, etc. Do not use in the early stages of pregnancy. Always consult experts because too strong a dose has an adverse effect. The plant has a one or two-year cycle, depending on the sowing time. Stems grow 80-150 cm high, with beautifully toothed leaves and labiate, lilac-pink flowers, arranged in whorls around the stem.
