Basil tree

  • Product number: 333930
  • Origin: East Africa
  • Latin: Ocimum kilimandscharicum

You rarely encounter such fragrant basil as this large variety (up to 120cm)!
The plant produces large, velvety leaves and full, white flower clusters (which are also edible, by the way!).
Idea: place the plant in a large pot and let it overwinter in a greenhouse or cool room. Over the years, a woody stem will form.

Names:
Latin: Ocimum kilimandscharicum
Dutch: Basilicumboom
Also known as: Boombasilicum, Afrikaanse Basilicum
English: Tree Basil
