Salty vegetables? Doesn't that require saltwater? I don't live by the sea, how should I do that?
The salty seeds germinate with fresh water. Afterwards, you water them with saltwater. You can easily make this yourself. Simply dissolve a teaspoon of salt (sea salt or regular table salt) in a one-liter bottle of water, shake until it dissolves, and pour!

I don't have a garden, can I still grow salty vegetables?
Yes, absolutely. You always grow salty vegetables in an enclosed environment. Most plants and soil life do not like salt and will die at high concentrations. Whether on a balcony, in a city garden, or a large garden, you grow salty plants in a (large) pot or container with a drip tray underneath to collect excess watering water so it doesn't seep into the soil.
