A very well-known tropical fruit tree. All parts of the tree are used medicinally. All applications are listed online: impressive! The leaves are quite large, glossy, and lanceolate. The white flowers emerge directly from the trunk or branches, from which impressive fruits (up to 30 cm long) grow, light green and covered with decorative spines. The whitish pulp is juicy and tart: delicious in, for example, ice cream and soft drinks. Whether the plant (a houseplant with us, which can go outside in summer) bears fruit here is unknown to me, but the adventure is worth it!
