Spinach dock

  • Product number: 329860
  • Origin: Europe
  • Latin: Rumex patientia

Every year, one of the first vegetables to appear. The plant grows quickly and can be harvested within weeks of sprouting. The first 2 or 3 harvests can also be grown very well under a blanching pot for a milder flavour! Keep the growing tip intact, and the plant will regrow each time for a new harvest (several times a year until winter). The root extract contains important antioxidants, which are promising for promoting our health.
