That's very old-fashioned: yellow winter carrot. When the orange carrot grew in popularity (sweeter in taste), the yellow carrot remained in circulation only here and there as a fodder carrot for animals. However, the variety deserves better: the taste is delicately sweet and the yield is very high! Excellent for storage in a storage pit with sand or cool in crates with sand. (Enough for a 10-meter row)
