THIS VARIETY WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM OCTOBER 2024, KEEP AN EYE ON OUR NEWSLETTER!
Early planting means early harvesting, and this variety, despite its early harvest, has good storability. The onions are very cold-hardy and can be planted from September to May, but planting in autumn or early winter is necessary to achieve the desired early harvest. On wet clay, we recommend creating raised beds for natural drainage. Plant them 20 cm apart and they can be harvested from spring (as young, white onions) or from May to September in their brown skin. The result is a mild-tasting onion that can be stored from autumn into winter.
