ORGANICALLY GROWN! Messidor is a fairly large, white garlic. Both the bulb and the cloves (5-15 per bulb) are white. This is a modern improvement of the old variety 'Blanc de la Drôme'. Grows very healthily with a good yield. Due to its mild taste (less sweet than Messidrome), this variety has a wide range of uses, both for baking and cooking, and also raw in salads.
