As the name suggests, this is a real heavyweight! Large size, packed with flavour and the right balance of juice and flesh. The weight of the fruits varies between 1-1.5 kg, but if you diligently thin out to a few fruits per plant, 2 kg is also possible! Introduced in 2007
The largest tomatoes in our assortment are called beefsteak tomatoes. These tomatoes get their name from the larger amount of flesh (instead of juice). This applies to most varieties in this group, with a few exceptions such as the so-called stuffing tomatoes.
