This (not too large) beefsteak tomato will surely become one of your favourites! Dana Gilmore (USA) has been growing them for years... The pink fruits develop a dark colour under sufficient sunlight. The flesh is intensely red and has a very good flavour.
The largest tomatoes in our assortment are called beefsteak tomatoes. This name comes from the larger amount of flesh (instead of juice). This applies to most varieties in this group, with a few exceptions such as the so-called stuffing tomatoes.
