This beautiful, chocolate-coloured variety is a spontaneous mutation of 'Cherokee Purple'. The taste is the same as this old variety: sweet, rich, slightly smoky – a sensational flavour experience combined with a unique colour! A good summer and dry post-ripening help with flavour development. Pass on this beautiful variety to future generations...!
