A unique colour, rarely seen in tomatoes. When fully ripe, the fruits are red with green stripes and when cut open, we see green flesh veined with rosy red. The quite large fruits (250-300 g) have a mild and sweet taste.
Do you often grow your tomatoes in the same spot, for example in a greenhouse? Then diseases can develop in the soil, which rootstocks are resistant to, and therefore grafting is recommended:
for grafting tomatoes, use this variety: 291110 Tomato 'Landon'. As a tool, we recommend these grafting clips: 847520 Grafting clip 1.5 mm.
The largest tomatoes in our assortment are called beefsteak tomatoes. This tomato owes its name to the larger amount of flesh (instead of juice). This applies to most varieties in this group, with a few exceptions such as the so-called stuffing tomatoes.
