These pink, medium-sized tomatoes (250 g) have an excellent taste and will turn your sandwich or salad into a true masterpiece! The variety originated from Tobacco Road Farm, where selection was consistently made for the healthiest plants combined with the best taste. The result is one of the healthiest pink beefsteak tomatoes with an excellent taste, revealing its kinship with the delicious old varieties Brandywine, Tiffen Mennonite, and German Johnson. The fruits have a rather thin skin and ripen relatively early.
The largest tomatoes in our assortment are called beefsteak tomatoes. This tomato gets its name from the larger amount of flesh (instead of juice). This applies to most varieties in this group, with a few exceptions such as the so-called stuffing tomatoes.
