A rather rare sight: pouch to pear-shaped (but not a mini tomato) in a warm yellow-orange color! This mid-early harvest tomato yields a very large and well-distributed crop. The fruits can be stored for a long time and have a pleasantly mild, hardly acidic taste. The plants grow vigorously, reaching up to 2.5 m high in the greenhouse.
Do you often grow your tomatoes in the same place, for example in a greenhouse? Then diseases can develop in the soil, which rootstocks are resistant to, and grafting is therefore recommended:
for grafting tomatoes, use this variety: 291110 Tomato 'Landon'. As an aid, we recommend these grafting clips: 847520 Grafting clip 1.5 mm.
This group of tomatoes is a size between cherry tomato and beefsteak tomato: medium-sized, in other words. Each has its own unique character. The climbing varieties ripen somewhat later than the compact varieties and are therefore more successful under rain protection: a lean-to, greenhouse, or growing tunnel.
