What an early harvest! Before Phytophthora awakens, this compact growing tomato already yields abundant fruit: the size of a golf ball, bright orange, and refreshingly sweet in taste. You can plant them in the open ground, but also in pots or (also very nice) let them hang in a hanging basket!
Our Belgian grower obtained this variety from their own crosses of 'Silvery Fir Tree' x 'Ida Gold'.
This group of tomatoes are sized between a cherry tomato and a beefsteak tomato: medium-sized. Each has its own unique character. The climbing varieties ripen later than the compact varieties and are therefore more successful under rain protection: a lean-to, greenhouse, or growing tunnel.
