Pale yellow with downy hairs like a peach, you rarely see them! An old variety with an almost forgotten taste: the flesh is soft like a peach, juicy and very sweet. The experiences for outdoor cultivation are fair to good! Quite phytophthora-insensitive and rain-resistant. In very wet and cool summers, cultivation under a canopy or in a greenhouse is recommended.
Do you often grow your tomatoes in the same place, for example in a greenhouse? Then diseases can develop in the soil, which rootstocks are resistant to, and grafting is recommended:
for grafting tomatoes, use this variety: 291110 Tomato 'Landon'. As an aid, we recommend these grafting clips: 847520 Grafting clip 1.5 mm.
These tomatoes are a size between cherry tomato and beefsteak tomato: medium size. Each has its own unique character. The climbing varieties ripen a bit later than the compact varieties and are therefore more successful under rain protection: a canopy, greenhouse or grow tunnel.
