The early and smaller variant of our successful 'Black Pear', the fruits are beautifully coloured: brownish-red with a slightly blue sheen and, of course, in a beautiful pear shape. The weight is up to 75 grams. The best harvest is under glass or under a cover, the plants grow tall and provide harvest for a long time. The firm flesh and very good taste make this pear a "must-have"...
Do you often grow your tomatoes in the same spot, for example in a greenhouse (small)? Then diseases can develop in the soil, which rootstocks are resistant to and where grafting is therefore recommended:
for grafting tomatoes you use this variety: 291110 Tomato 'Landon'. As an aid, we recommend these grafting clips: 847520 Grafting clip 1.5 mm.
This group of tomatoes are of a size between cherry tomato and beefsteak tomato: medium size therefore. Each of them has a unique character. The climbing varieties ripen somewhat later than the compact varieties and are therefore more successful under rain protection: a lean-to, greenhouse or grow tunnel.
