This rather small Ukrainian Roma tomato is certainly not just for juices and sauces, but also delicious as a salad tomato, snack, or on a sandwich. Notable is its dark hue, dark red with a purplish-brown sheen. Its weight ranges from 60-150 grams and the yield is average to good. The plant remains quite compact and can also be perfectly grown in a pot.
Elongated, sweet tomatoes with lots of flesh. In subtropical countries, this variety is used for processing into juices, soups, ketchup, dried tomatoes, etc. Tip: freeze Roma tomatoes with their skin on.
