With this new variety (introduced in 2002), you can expect a productive crop of large, plum-shaped Roma tomatoes. It can produce fruits up to 150g each. The skin peels easily after blanching, and the flesh is incredibly meaty and delicious to use in creamy soups, sauces, and salsa dips. More and more people are also finding Roma tomatoes delightful as salad tomatoes, and I wholeheartedly agree!
Elongated, sweet tomatoes with a lot of flesh. In subtropical countries, this variety is used for processing into juices, soups, ketchup, dried tomatoes, etc. Tip: freeze Roma tomatoes with their skin on.
