A beautiful, old variety from Ukraine that has been cultivated since the beginning of the 20th century. Striking is the enormous yield of 50g heavy ping-pong sized tomatoes (40 cm), yellow with light green stripes. They are deliciously juicy and sweet, you can't resist them when you walk past them in the garden...
The smallest tomatoes in our assortment are called cherry tomatoes or ping-pong tomatoes, depending on their size. Some varieties are elongated or heart-shaped and are named accordingly. Some are even original, wild species. Most taste extra sweet, a few have a sweet and sour taste. Cherry tomatoes are closest to the original species, which is perhaps why they are generally more resistant to the dreaded potato blight.
