These beautiful, almond- or olive-shaped tomatoes are about twice the size of the very similar 'Cookie Select' (291188) and weigh 40-50 g per fruit. The color of these beauties is reddish-brown with green veins. The taste is a (not insignificant) bonus: juicy and deliciously aromatic. The plants can grow quite tall in the greenhouse; outdoors, you could support them and not prune side shoots, which would result in an enormous plant.
The smallest tomatoes in our assortment are called cherry tomatoes or ping-pong tomatoes, depending on their size. Some varieties are elongated or heart-shaped and are given a slightly different name accordingly. Some are even original, wild species. Most taste extra sweet; a few have a sweet-sour taste. Cherry tomatoes are closest to the original species, which is perhaps why they are generally more resistant to the dreaded potato blight.
