The relatively small plants (requiring little support) produce bright yellow, fairly small cherry tomatoes. When ripe, they develop a playful blush... The harvest is early, so sowing relatively late still yields a good crop on time. The taste is subtle and pleasant: a little sweet, a little sour, and a delicate aroma.
The smallest tomatoes in our assortment are called cherry tomatoes or ping-pong tomatoes, depending on their size. Some varieties are elongated or heart-shaped and are accordingly given a slightly different name. Some are even original, wild species. Most taste extra sweet, while a few have a sweet-and-sour taste. Cherry tomatoes are closest to the original species, which is perhaps why they are generally more resistant to the dreaded potato blight.
