Fast-growing plants produce large clusters of yellow, olive-shaped tomatoes. They are delightfully sweet yet fresh: the ideal garden snack! The fruits do not readily split open and are easy to harvest, but they also don't fall off quickly.
Do you often grow your tomatoes in the same spot, for instance in a greenhouse (or small greenhouse)? Then soil-borne diseases can develop, to which rootstocks are resistant, and grafting is therefore recommended:
for grafting tomatoes, use this variety: 291110 Tomato 'Landon'. As an aid, we recommend these grafting clips: 847520 Grafting clip 1.5 mm.
The smallest tomatoes in our assortment are called cherry tomatoes or ping-pong tomatoes, depending on their size. Some varieties are elongated or heart-shaped and are given a slightly different name accordingly. Some are even original, wild species. Most taste extra sweet, a few have a sweet and sour taste. Cherry tomatoes are closest to the original species, which may be why they are generally more resistant to the dreaded potato blight.
