The enormous growth of the plants already predicts a large harvest and reveals the wild "roots" of this variety. The sweet, small cherry tomatoes grow in abundance on large trusses: a delicious and irresistible snack!
If you often grow your tomatoes in the same place, for example in a greenhouse (or mini-greenhouse), diseases can develop in the soil. Rootstocks are resistant to these, so grafting is recommended:
for grafting tomatoes, use this variety: 291110 Tomato 'Landon'. As a useful tool, we recommend these grafting clips: 847520 Grafting clip 1.5 mm.
The smallest tomatoes in our assortment are called cherry tomatoes or ping-pong tomatoes, depending on their size. Some varieties are elongated or heart-shaped and are given a slightly different name accordingly. Some are even original, wild species. Most taste extra sweet, a few have a sweet and sour taste. Cherry tomatoes are closest to the original species, which may be why they are generally more resistant to the dreaded potato blight.
