These Korean tomatoes are very well received in Europe! Their original strawberry shape combined with healthy growth promises a bright future!
The orange fruits (20 grams) grow in beautiful, long trusses and ripen fairly uniformly. It is a professional variety that transports well, and the fruits don't burst easily. The fresh, sweet taste is well-balanced; the riper they are picked, the tastier they are, of course. The remarkably (proportionately) thick fruit wall makes it a delicious (and elegant!) tomato to stuff with a savory cheese...
The tomato is resistant to many diseases; Phytophthora is also mentioned, but we are not sure about that, we'd love to hear from you!
The smallest tomatoes in our assortment are called cherry tomatoes or ping-pong tomatoes, depending on their size. Some varieties are elongated or heart-shaped and receive a slightly different name accordingly. Some are even original, wild species. Most taste extra sweet, a few have a sweet-sour taste. Cherry tomatoes are closest to the original species, which is perhaps why they are generally more resistant to the dreaded potato blight.
