Leaf colour and shape are present in at least 4 shades, ranging from spicy to mild and sweet. This mix usually contains: curled mustard leaves, Tokyo Bekana (tender dwarf Chinese cabbage), red komatsuna, and tatsoi (yukina savoy). The varieties are very cold-resistant but can also be sown indoors in winter. Ready for harvest from 3 weeks.
