Sowing method: March-July for same-year harvest or August-September for harvest the following spring. Sow in pots during winter for a windowsill harvest. Celery is known as a slow and difficult germinator. However, this is not too bad if you follow the following method: 1) Celery is a light germinator, so the seeds should not be covered with soil, but simply pressed down and kept moist. Covering them with a translucent fleece or cloth prevents them from drying out too quickly. 2) Celery does not like very high temperatures. Germination between 15-22°C is optimal. So, be careful of direct sun exposure behind glass. In this way, germination will occur within 2 weeks. Good luck!
