Sowing method: March-July for harvest the same year or August - September for harvest the following spring. Sow indoors in pots during winter for a harvest on the windowsill. Celery is known as a slow and difficult germinator. However, this is not too bad if you follow the following method: 1) Celery is a light germinator, so the seeds should not be covered with soil, but simply pressed down and kept moist. Covering with a light-permeable fleece or cloth prevents too rapid drying. 2) Celery does not like excessively high temperatures. Germination between 15-22̊C is optimal. Be careful of direct sunlight exposure behind glass. In this way, germination takes place within 2 weeks. Good luck!
