Sowing method: March-July for same-year harvest or August-September for harvest the following spring. Sow in pots in winter for windowsill harvest. Celery is known as a slow and difficult germinator. However, that's not the case if you follow this method: 1) Celery is a light germinator, so the seeds should not be covered with soil, but simply pressed down and kept moist. Covering with a translucent fleece or cloth prevents drying out too quickly. 2) Celery does not like excessively high temperatures. Germination between 15-22°C is optimal. So, be careful with sun exposure behind glass. In this way, germination takes place within 2 weeks. Good luck!
