Sowing method: March-July for harvest the same year or August - September for harvest the following spring. Sow in pots during winter for a windowsill harvest. Celery is known as a slow and difficult germinator. However, that's not too bad if you follow this method: 1) Celery is a light germinator, so the seeds should not be covered with soil, but simply pressed down and kept moist. Covering with a translucent fleece or cloth prevents too rapid drying out. 2) Celery does not like excessively high temperatures. Germination between 15-22°C is optimal. So, be careful of radiation behind glass from the sun. This way, germination will take place within 2 weeks. Good luck!
