ORGANICALLY GROWN SEEDS! This narrow and serrated-leaf wild arugula has long been highly valued by the Italians, who call this variety "Rucola selvatica". Its pungent mustard flavour is a great addition to raw salads. The young leaves are eaten before flowering. An advantage over common arugula: this one is perennial. Another wild arugula (Eruca vesicaria) is also known as "Zwaardherik".
