ORGANICALLY GROWN SEEDS! Italian salad rocket (they call this type Rucola coltivata), tasty spicy green leaves, pick young when the leaves are
±8-10 cm high. If rocket grows slowly due to warmth, sun and not too much water, the flavour becomes much stronger. This has inspired clever supermarkets to call this "Wasabi-Rocket". The "real" one can be found at no. 242120. Note: if you overdo the slow cultivation, the plants will bolt.

Sowing method: March-September outdoors, successive sowings provide a continuous fresh harvest. They can tolerate some cold. Keep moist in summer to prevent premature bolting. Indoors, sowing can be done year-round. This variety is also grown as microgreens (for the young plant with cotyledons or first true leaves). Microgreens are grown on moisture-retaining material (kitchen paper, cotton wool, soil). For germination, keep dark and warm; after germination, provide light and cooler temperatures.
