We are no longer used to eating them, but this ancient European variety tastes quite good in stews and soups, for example. The edible part consists of round tubers, white with a red collar. A customer wrote to us: "The 'De Nancy' Turnips were indeed very tasty. We simply cooked them as a vegetable with a piece of salmon and a homemade tomato sauce, delicious. The taste of these turnips surprised me. You hardly ever eat them in your life, of course."
