This native flowering plant blooms after a harsh winter (and an early Pentecost) with.... Pentecost, but usually earlier! But what many people don't know: they are very tasty! The leaves and young shoots are pleasantly spicy, like watercress, and the beautiful, white to pink flower clusters are even milder and downright delicious! They can handle a lot of moisture, but a slightly drier spot is also well tolerated: a friend to all! Give them sun to partial shade. The flowering height of this perennial plant is 30-50 cm.
