Every now and then, growers surprise us with an unexpected leaf shape within an existing vegetable! Behold, a parsley with an entirely new leaf shape that strongly resembles dill. The deeply incised, airy, narrow leaves are easy to chop during kitchen preparation and make for an elegant garnish! This is also a nice addition for the professional grower, especially if you supply restaurants. The stems are just as sturdy and resistant to transport as the well-known leaf shapes. The taste is also important, and well: it has been fully preserved, but the fine leaf gives a slightly different mouthfeel.
