The large, smooth (i.e., not curly) leaves are quite large and deep green. During the improvement of this cultivar, extra attention was paid to the taste: it is very good and aromatic! Experience the original taste of parsley again! Around the Mediterranean, parsley is used purely as a salad; many Turkish Dutch people like to buy this from us. The plant is biennial; in the 2nd year, it can be harvested until flowering, so sow fresh stock in time.
