An extra-long pepper, up to 30 cm! As the name suggests: a sweet, barely spicy pepper. Excellent for the inexperienced pepper enthusiast to gain experience... The plant produces many fruits on a plant of up to 60 cm. Due to the thin fruit skin, the pepper is also great for drying and freezing (or freeze-drying). Because the peppers are so long, it is wise to remove the first fruits, as they will hang on the ground when they grow, with a high risk of fungal infection. A safe choice is to allow fruits to develop from a height of 30 cm. When growing in pots, this problem is less, as the fruits simply hang over the edge!
