Pepper 'serrano Del Sol'

  • Product number: 209396
  • Origin: Mexico
  • Latin: Capsicum annuum

The origin of these 8 cm long chillies lies in the fertile regions in and around Puebla and Hidalgo in Mexico. They are very popular there in salsa, not least because they have the pleasant heat of the well-known Jalapeño with their own unique aroma (secretly tastier than Jalapeño). The color changes from green to red. This variety is somewhat larger, earlier, and milder than the common Serrano.

Denominations:
Latin: Capsicum annuum
