A very mild pepper, sometimes almost a bell pepper. Great for stuffing with cheese or a sauce, but also very suitable for the beginner or inexperienced pepper eater. The plants remain quite compact (60-90 cm) and bear the elongated (20 cm), slightly twisted fruits early. These ripen from light green to red. You will recognize the light green fruits from Turkish or Greek cuisine... The twisted shape inspired us to name this delicious pepper after the Russian three-headed dragon Gorynych!
